When you request support through The Take My Hand Foundation, you are not signing up for therapy or clinical services.

Instead, we serve as a navigation and referral resource, helping you connect with trusted nonprofit and service partners that fit your needs.

We check in to see if you were able to connect with support

Who This Is For

  • Current or former first responders

  • Spouses, partners, and immediate family members

  • Individuals navigating trauma, transition, recovery, or stress related to service

You do not need to be “in crisis” to reach out.

Your Privacy Comes First

We collect only the minimum information needed to help make a referral. We do not diagnose, provide treatment, or maintain medical records.

Your information is:

  • Shared only with your consent

  • Used solely for referral purposes

  • Never shared with employers, departments, or agencies

We believe trust is earned — and protected.
