A Clear Path to the Right Support

The Take My Hand Foundation helps first responders and their families find trusted support without confusion, pressure, or isolation.

You don’t have to know where to start. We help you take the next right step.

What Our Role Is — and Isn’t

What We Do

  • Listen without judgment

  • Help clarify what kind of support may be helpful

  • Connect you to vetted nonprofit and service partners

  • Follow up to make sure connections were made

What We Don't Do

  • Provide therapy or clinical services

  • Respond to emergencies

  • Diagnose or treat mental health conditions

  • Replace professional care

We are a referral and navigation organization — not a service provider.

We do not duplicate services — we help you find what already exists.
