Our Role & Scope
The Take My Hand Foundation does not provide direct clinical, medical, therapeutic, or emergency services.
Our role is to:
• Connect first responders and their families to trusted, vetted support organizations
• Act as a referral and navigation resource
• Promote access to help with dignity, privacy, and care
